- The package was damaged/incorrect when it arrived. Kindly submit video proof of your unopened product to [email protected] with the subject line [ORDER NUMBER, REFUND]
- The parcel was lost in transit due to our mistake.
- Packages were returned to the sender (Shipping address must be correct).
Refunds are NOT eligble if...
- The incorrect address was provided and we weren't notified before shipment. The customer is in charge of keeping us informed about this information!
Can I cancel my order?
- Please email [email protected] with the subject line [ORDER NUMBER, CANCEL] as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order before it ships. We will issue you a refund after evaluation. Please remember your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed.
