Shipping

How do PREORDERS work?

  • All items marked [PREORDER] will undergo manufacturing on the 2/6.
  • Production will last through Febuary 2025 and orders will be shipped March-April 2025.
  • Shop will be restocked March-April 2025 in case you miss the preorder window! Futher shop updates will be posted on twitter.

Where are orders shipped out from?

  • Orders are shipped from CA, USA (priority of earliest orders).
  • Tracking numbers will be provided in your confirmation email for delivery status and updates!
  • International Customers: Please note customers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes (VAT). Joining group orders is recommended to save on shipping!
  • EU/NI Customers: Unfortunately, shipping physical product to the European Union and Northern Ireland will no longer be possible due to the newly passed General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR).
  • UK Customers: Shipping to the United Kingdom is still possible excluding the NI regions.

"Can you ship to [my country]?"

"My package never arrived!"

  • Please use the tracking number to check the status of your package. Occasionally, the tracking is not precise or updated which may require time. For additional information, you can get in touch with your local post service:

  • If there are no leads, kindly contact us so we may do our best to investigate your order!

"I put in the wrong shipping address!"

  • Please email [email protected] with the subject line [ORDER NUMBER, ADRESS CHANGE] as soon as possible. 
  • Please be aware that we might be unable to intercept the package if your order has already been shipped. You may be liable for any carrier fees if you need to change your address after an order has shipped

  • Before purchasing be sure to double-check your address and unit number (if applicable)!

Replacements & Refunds

Refunds are eligble if...

  • The package was damaged/incorrect when it arrived. Kindly submit video proof of your unopened product to [email protected] with the subject line [ORDER NUMBER, REFUND]
  • The parcel was lost in transit due to our mistake.
  • Packages were returned to the sender (Shipping address must be correct).

Refunds are NOT eligble if...

  • The incorrect address was provided and we weren't notified before shipment. The customer is in charge of keeping us informed about this information!

Can I cancel my order?

  • Please email [email protected] with the subject line [ORDER NUMBER, CANCEL] as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order before it ships. We will issue you a refund after evaluation. Please remember your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed.

  • Unfortunately restocks for listed products are not guaranteed! Follow @docphag on Twitter to stay updated with any store inventory.
  • So, if there's something you want, it's best to snag it when you can!
